TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT & RESERVATION TERMS

Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking for all reservations.
All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations or modifications to the reservation will not result in any refund or credit.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
Bank transfers are accepted; however, the payment must be received and cleared before the check-in date, with a copy of the transfer receipt sent to our team.
If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you upon successful payment processing. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of booking, as no changes or modifications will be accepted thereafter.

MAISON MYSTIQUE POLICIES & REGULATIONS

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

You may check-in at any time from 3.00pm on the scheduled day of arrival. The entrance to Maison Mystique will be accessible from3.00pm.
Please note that early check-in are not permitted.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 11.30am.
Late check-out after this time can be requested, subject to availability, and may be charged at an hourly rate at our discretion.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 2 years and under may stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents or guardians.
Children aged between 2 and 12 years, an additional charge of 5,000 THB net per night will apply. (meals are not included and no extra bed will be provided)
Children aged 12 years and older are required to purchase a separate room for their stay. For the safety and well-being of all guests, it is required that parents or guardians provide continuous supervision of children in all areas of the hotel.

SMOKING POLICY

Please note that Maison Mystique is a non-smoking hotel. Clients failing to adhere to this condition may incur a charge of 20,000 THB

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Outside food, fruits, and beverages are not permitted within the hotel and guest rooms.

VISITOR

For the privacy and security of our guests, outside visitors are not permitted within the hotel.

NOISE & DISTURBANCE

Guests are kindly requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and avoid excessive noise or disturbances. Quiet hours begin at 22:00, and all guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the environment.

HOTEL PROPERTY & LIABILITY

In the unfortunate event of any damage or loss to the exquisite contents of Maison Mystique—including decorations, fixtures, furnishings, and any stains on soft furnishings, carpets, or rugs—the right is reserved to charge for the full cost of repairing or cleaning such items. If repair or cleaning is not feasible, the cost of a suitable replacement will apply.

ROOM KEY

Guests may leave their room key at the front desk. In case of a lost key a replacement fee of 2,000 THB will be charged.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises- The use of illegal substances, gambling, fighting, or any inappropriate behavior. The possession of flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, explosives, or weapons. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine and potential legal action. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in prohibited activities.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuable personal belongings. We strongly recommend that guests store their valuables in the in-room safe deposit box, provided free of charge for your convenience. The hotel’s liability for any loss is limited to a maximum of 5,000 THB.
